Role & Training Cadence

Alejandro, your role is not just to “teach sales.” We see you as a coach and mentor who will shape how Nikola grows into his Sales Manager position and how our new sales team develops the right habits, mindset, and closing techniques. Your sessions will create a foundation for consistency, accountability, and confidence across the team.

Primary Mission: Train Nikola (Sales Manager) to lead effectively, while equipping the sales team with prospecting frameworks, discovery methods, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Format: Live Google Meet sessions focused on real-world role plays, call analysis, and interactive Q&A. Each session should leave the team with immediately actionable takeaways.

Duration: 2 days per week · 1.5h per session (total 3h/week). We’ll confirm the exact days/times together to fit your schedule.

Compensation: $25 CAD/hour, paid weekly, starting from the first week of training.

Tools & Access: Google Meet for sessions, access to sales scripts, pricing & services PDFs, and our CRM (SuiteDash) for lead tracking and call notes.

Expected Outcomes: By the end of the first month, Nikola should feel confident in managing the team, and sales reps should demonstrate improved call structure, better objection handling, and higher closing confidence.

Note: This is a coaching partnership. Your feedback will also help us refine our commission model, align training materials with our services, and ensure that the team grows under a clear and consistent sales philosophy.

This is our main retainer package — the one we want every client to eventually move into. The entry point is usually a single service (like Social Media, Website, or Graphic Design), but once a client sees results, the natural next step is to upgrade to this all-in-one solution. Monthly Services

  • 20% commission on the monthly fee for the first 3 months of a new subscription (e.g., Social Media, SEO, Automation).
  • 5% commission from month 4 onward as long as the client stays active.

Performance Bonuses
